"Liberated territories are reconstructed on the basis of a new management model," said Emin Huseynov, the special representative of the President of Azerbaijan, in the liberated territories included in the Karabakh economic region (with the exception of Shusha region) at the conference dedicated to the second anniversary of the Victory - Day of Victory on the topic "Post-conflict reconstruction model under the leadership of Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev" organized by the New Azerbaijan Party and the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, SİA reports.
Emin Huseynov said that on the basis of the strategic action plan prepared under the leadership of the President, the construction of cities and villages in the liberated areas has started based on a single concept:
"A new model of local administration is formed in the liberated territories, and special representations of the President have been established. These measures will lead to increased flexibility in management. Besides, public legal entities related to restoration and construction were created in these territories."
