The technical possibilities of increasing the supply of natural gas from Azerbaijan to Greece will be the main topic of negotiations of Minister of the Environment and Energy of Greece Kostas Skrekas, who is on a visit to Baku, SİA informs via the Bulgarian press.
One of the subjects of Skrekas' negotiations is to clarify the possibility of doubling the supply of Azerbaijani gas to European countries.
The Greek minister will also discuss the technical possibilities of increasing the gas supply and making a preliminary decision to the European Union regarding the price of natural gas.
During the meeting held by the presidents of Azerbaijan and Bulgaria in Sofia, an agreement was reached on the possibility of supplying 1 billion cubic meters of Azerbaijani natural gas to Sofia every year.
