An International Business Forum was held in Baku with the support of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the organization of the Swedish company "Scandinavian & UK Machines". Representatives of the construction business and officials from different countries took part in the event, SIA reports, citing KOBIA.
Speaking at the forum, the Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMB) Orkhan Mammadov pointed out that a large number of SMEs are active in the field of construction in Azerbaijan, and there are wide opportunities for the creation of joint ventures and SME clusters in the construction and production industry. He noted that KOBIA is ready to provide various support and services to local and foreign businessmen who wish to establish a business in the construction sector in Azerbaijan and expand their activities in this field.
