Speaking in the debates, the deputies, Vugar Bayramov, Elshad Mirbashir oglu, Emin Hajiyev, Fazail Agamali, Gudrat Hasanguliyev, Sahib Aliyev, Mushfig Jafarov, expressed their views on the new draft law, and shared their suggestions.
The bill was voted and adopted in the first reading.
