EBRD forecasts 4.5% growth in Azerbaijan’s GDP this year

The GDP growth of 4.5% is forecast for 2022 in Azerbaijan, with moderation to 2.5% in 2023, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said in Regional Economic Prospects.

The Bank predicts that the economy in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus will shrink by 17.8% this year and grow by 6.2% next year.
