It is reported that in the first months after the war, the opening of communications between Azerbaijan and Armenia meant, first of all, the restoration of railway lines that existed during the Soviet era.
"Now, the issue has been removed from the agenda and priority is now given to the construction of highways. There has been no progress in this area in the last 4 months," says Armenian media.
