SOCAR "Azerigas" Production Union has signed an innovation promising prospects for young people. According to the press service of the institution's statement to SIA, career interviews have been started for the transfer of young workers who work in the category of laborer and have completed the accelerated training program to the category of worker within the framework of the "Engineer Development Program" of the union.
A total of 140 candidates are scheduled to be interviewed on July 18-27. Candidates who successfully pass the interview stage will be placed in the positions of the servant category for which they are prepared according to their education and work experience.
The implementation of the program began in July 2021.
151 workers across the Union were involved in the program, 85 of them were participants in the Patriotic War.
