The statement came from Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov on Twitter, SIA reports.

"It is a great honor to hold an energy event in Shusha in the Year of Shusha," he stated. It should be noted that a special session on "Path to Zero: Development of green energy potential in the economic regions of Karabakh and East Zangazur" is being held today in Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, as part of the Baku Energy Week.
