The scope of public procurement should be increased, and the administration of the relevant body implementing this policy should be strengthened. This statement came from chairman of the Chamber of Accounts Vugar Gulmammadov at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship, SIA reports.
He also noted that the importance of the procurement planning phase should be increased, and measures should be taken to increase transparency and accountability.
