The Crocus City Hall concert hall, which was damaged by a terror attack last week, is pledged to Russia’s Gazprombank, reads the extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, SİA informs referring to RBC.
According to the document, the building with an area of over 38,000 square meters was pledged under a mortgage agreement dated November 2023. Moreover, the mentioned agreement was previously renegotiated. The building was pledged to Gazprombank following a transfer in December 2022.
