Azerbaijan currently has presented an obvious and transparent program regarding the right to coexistence and to return, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said as he received the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Pia Kauman, SİA reports.
The Azerbaijani Leader said that despite Azerbaijan having presented an obvious and transparent program regarding the right to coexistence and to return, Armenia ignores Azerbaijanis’ right to return to Armenia and has not expressed any side in this regard.
