The policy of public administration that emerged thanks to the reforms carried out by the President of Azerbaijan has achieved high efficiency in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, and in the restoration and reconstruction works after the Patriotic War, head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Samir Nuriyev said as he addressed a conference themed "20 years of unparalleled service to the country, people and statehood" dedicated to the 20th anniversary of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev's presidency, SİA reports.
Samir Nuriyev said that the historic victory won in the 44-day Patriotic War was the logical result of all the components characterizing a strong state.
"This victory once again showed that the people and the state, united around the leader who defends national interests, are capable of restoring historical justice,” he said.
As a result of anti-terrorist measures that took less than 24 hours in September 2023, the Garabagh region of Azerbaijan was cleared of remains of the Armenian Armed Forces, and they were forced to raise a white flag," Samir Nuriyev added.
