Over $2.2 billion allocated for restoration of Karabakh in nine months of 2023

In January-September of this year the government of Azerbaijan allocated 3.741 billion manats (over $2.2 billion) for the reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories, SİA informs citing the Ministry of Finance.

According to the information, this makes a 77.9% of funds envisaged in the state budget of the country for these purposes in 2023. These funds were used on the basis of cash documents submitted by customer organizations for the relevant projects.
