Negotiations between Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia on the opening of transport communications in the region are underway, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk said at the Eastern Economic Forum, SİA informs.
According to him, the tension between Yerevan and Baku hurts the process.
Overchuk said the new meeting between the Deputy Prime Ministers will be held when the conditions are favorable.
