The next meeting of the Supervisory Board of "Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping" CJSC (ASCO) was held on Saturday.
SIA reports that the meeting was headed by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov.
Members of the Supervisory Board, as well as ASCO's Management Board, also participated in the meeting, according to the agenda, audited, consolidated financial statements of the Society for 2022 were presented, after extensive discussions, the report was unanimously accepted by the Supervisory Board.
At the meeting, the Supervisory Board also approved the implementation of the Company's budget for 2022 and the management report, and approved the Company's price policy and Strategic Action Plan for 2023.
At the meeting, opinions were exchanged on other issues related to the current activity of ASCO, and relevant decisions were made.
The Supervisory Board was established according to the decree of the President dated February 11, 2021.
