On September 23, EU leaders will meet for an emergency summit "to discuss how to deal with the refugee crisis", EU Council president Donald Tusk announced Thursday.
SIA reports that the meeting will take place a day after another emergency meeting, of EU interior and justice ministers, on the same issue.
