Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Monday "We are ready for dialogue with Kiev representatives, with Petro Poroshenko and we don't need any mediators".

Earlier Monday, the billionaire said he would support strong ties with Europe, but also desired to mend ties with Russia.
