There has been a blast on a bus in the Nasr City area of the Egyptian capital, Cairo, causing casualties, reports say.
The head of the city's bomb squad has told Egyptian media that at least four people had been injured.
Officials say they are investigating whether the bomb had been placed on the bus or hurled at it, reports say.
The blast comes a day after the government declared the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood movement a terrorist organisation.
