An engineer at Tehran's Shahid Tondgooyan Oil Refinery was killed in an incident while overhauling a unit, the Mehr News Agency reported.
Qasem Hafezi was suffocated as he entered a container filled with nitrogen. More investigations are underway to specify the main cause of his death.
