President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad attended Majlis open session Tuesday morning to defend his nominee for the post of minister
of communications, SIA reports quoting Islamic Republic News Agency.
On February 2, Mohammad Hassan Nami was appointed by the President as caretaker of Ministry of Information and
Communications Technology.
He was introduced to Majlis on February 18 to get vote of confidence.
According to the Majlis laws, the President is allowed to defend the introduced minister for an hour.
Nami, then, will outline his plans and answer the MPsˈ questions.
