Today in "Gulustan" Palace started 18th Europe Informal Conference of Ministers responsible for Sport. As SIA reports, every 2 years Sport ministers in Europe assemble and discuss the significant processes in Sport area. Last they collected in Greece and decided to hold next meeting in Azerbaijan. The aim of meeting is to discuss sport cooperation in Europe and save the cleanness and integrity of sport.
Giving visas to sportsmen, preventing the doping using, cooperation between Council of Europe and European Union and other issues are in the centre of discussions. Director of general Directorate of CE Gabriella Battaini-Draqoni, president of European Olympic Committee Patrick Hikki, head of organization "Sport Akkord", head of nearly 10 sport organizations, ministers of sport of nearly 18 countries and others attended to this event.
