The Azerbaijani mountaineer abseiled 190m down the front of the Flame Tower’s residential building, carrying the Baku 2015 Flame during the two-minute descent.
The Baku 2015 Journey of the Flame today will continue its tour around the host city, visiting Baku’s Old City, also known as the Walled City.
