Sepp Blatter: Finals were a 9.25 out of 10

Fifa president Sepp Blatter says the 2014 World Cup in Brazil was a "9.25 out of 10".
Germany won their fourth World Cup on Sunday, ending a tournament that featured a joint-highest record 171 goals and was described by some as the best ever.
"We were calculating using all the computers and Facebooks, and then out of 10 we came 9.25," said Blatter.
Blatter marked the 2010 World Cup in South Africa as nine out of 10.
"Brazil has improved since South Africa," added the 78-year-old.
With pre-tournament fears surrounding security, transport and stadiums proving largely unfounded, the drama of 20th World Cup came on the pitch.
