The Caspian littoral States negotiate on the moratorium on sturgeon fishing in Caspian Sea, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Huseyn Bagirov told to journalists. He said that Azerbaijan supports this proposal. President Ilaham Aliyev made a statement on this moratorium and welcomed it, he noted.
