According to addition of the resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic N#11 on January 31 in 2005 about list of foods yielding to Azerbaijan and enjoying exemption from taxation flour and rye flour became free from value-added tax. As SIA reports according to the information given from Cabinet of Ministers this decision was made co-ordinated to the offers of Ministries of Economical Development, Agriculture, Emergency Situations, Finance, Taxes and State Customs Committee. The decision will remain in force till August 1, 2010.
