Mazahir Panahov, the chairman of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan has today addressed the users of social networks on the parliamentary elections
SIA reports that Panahov called users of the social networks and journalists play an important role in organization of the transparent elections.
"I ask the users of the social networks to cover all negative events related to the elections. Journalists should be active in this fields. By doing so, you will support our work," added Mr Panhov.
