On Oct 13, a 4-magnitude earthquake has hit Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations told SIA.
According to the Republic Seismic Survet Center, the quake was recorded in Azerbaijan's Oguz region, 30km south-east from Shaki region at 05:13am local time.
No destruction and causalities were reported.
