Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC) has registered the candidacy of Mehriban Aliyeva, the president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the member of Azerbaijan’s parliament, the deputy chairperson of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party for the parliamentary election.
SIA reports quoting the CEC website that Mehriban Aliyeva’s candidacy was registered from the 14th constituency of Baku’s Khazar district.
