Administrative fines imposed by the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (MCHT) will be paid through "ASAN ödəniş" system (EasyPay).
MCHT has made amendments in the "Rules for application of administrative penalties for administrative offenses under consideration by the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan."
Under the amendments, persons who have committed administrative offenses will be notified about it, and the information will be placed in their "electronic office". The information will be transmitted to "ASAN ödəniş" system that will make it possible to pay fines.
In addition, the range of individuals to whom administrative penalties are not applied has been expanded. Earlier, it included persons who are on active duty, from now on it will also be applied to cadets enrolled in military educational institutions of special purpose.
