Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (MCHT) has released statistics on its e-service "Connection to telephone services" in July.
Statistics released by Data Processing Centre (DPC) of the MCHT show that last month, the population used the e-service through e-government portal 253 times.
The e-service offers more than 20 services such as "direct communication with waiting 10 seconds", "redirecting when subscriber does not answer", "blocking of incoming calls (do not disturb)", "conference communication", "reminder calls", "abbreviated dialing", redirecting calls without comment" etc.
In addition to connection to the services, it is also possible to refuse them via the e-service.
