The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly has adopted the Helsinki Declaration, SIA informs.
The Azerbaijani delegation voted in favor of the Declaration.
The Armenian delegation to OSCE PA voted against the document, protesting against the 4th paragraph which reflects respect for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of member states, as well as stresses the importance of increasing efforts toward the earliest resolution of the protracted conflicts. Moreover, the Armenian delegation raised objections to the fact that in the absence of the Russian delegation, the Russian-Ukrainian issue was included in the Declaration.
