Heads of central authorities continue receiving citizens in regions on the instructions and recommendations of President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the schedule drawn up by the ministry, Minister of Communications and High Technologies Ali Abbasov received citizens in Yevlakh, from this region as well as Barda, Tartar, Aghdam and Khojaly on June 19.
During the reception, a visual communication was established with the heads of post offices of those regions and regional telecommunication centers in order to promptly investigate and resolve complaints from citizens.
Appeals were mainly associated with employment, improving the quality of telephone communication, as well as Internet and postal services in several areas, particularly in remote areas.
The minister listened to each citizen’s complaint and suggestion carefully and gave instructions to the heads of relevant structures in this connection. The issues raised by citizens were studied with the participation of the officials from relevant bodies of the ministry.
Majority of the complaints were resolved on the spot, other appeals on the issues that are not related to the activity of the ministry were also registered to be forwarded to the relevant bodies.
