President Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree on confirmation of the Action Plan on "Preparations for the Celebration of the 70th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945".
According to the decree, the costs required for taking these measures will be financed by the funds in the state budget of Azerbaijan for 2015 considered for relevant executive authorities.
