Italian news portal "Lavorare all estero" has published an article hailing the country`s economic development as "rapid".
"The country`s economy continues to grow even amid ongoing difficult financial and economic situation in the world," the article says.
It hails the government`s efforts to reduce unemployment.
The article points to an increase in the volume of domestic and foreign investment in Azerbaijan. "The government attaches great importance to developing the non-oil sector along with the oil sector."
The portal stresses the importance of construction and infrastructure projects in the country.
The article also highlights Italian-Azerbaijani relations, stressing Italian businessmen`s interest in building business ties in Azerbaijan.
