The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has issued the number of victims of the accident at the faulty platform #441 of the Narimanov oil and gas production department, reports quoting SOCAR, SIA reports.
Earlier, the dead bodies of 3 missing workers were found in 2 kilometers from the scene, a message from SOCAR said on Oct.25.
The dead are 43-year-old Badalov Faig Yengibar, 45-year-old Nabizada Ilkin and 58-year-old Ibrahimkhalil Rovshan Yahya.
The search for another missing worker, Abdulhasan Huseynov (born 1961) is underway
As a result of operative measures taken by a rescue brigade immediately after the accident, 37 people were evacuated from the scene to the beach on Orion-15 and PSK-52 vessels. The injured workers were treated by the doctors.
