SIA reports that Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board Sheikh-ul-Islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh has claimed this at today’s event on the arrival of the month of Muharram commenting on members of the Islamic State (IS) to be non-Muslim.
According to Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh all actions of the IS members are contrary to Islam.
