A book by outstanding orientalist, the first Azerbaijani woman to receive PhD in oriental studies Aida Imanguliyeva has come out in Hungarian language published by Harmattan Printing House.
A project of the Azerbaijani Embassy, "Coryphaei of new Arabic literature" book was translated by Hungarian diplomat Tamas Varhagi and edited by acclaimed folklorist and ethnologist Mihály Hoppál.
In the preface to the book, which marks the 75th anniversary of the birth of Aida Imanguliyeva, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Hungary Vilayat Guliyev praises her works, particularly researches into the modern Arabic language.
The Embassy is planning to organize the presentation of the book at the Eötvös Loránd University.
