An Azerbaijani delegation led by deputy chairman of the Chamber of Accounts Adil Maharramov has paid a visit to Bucharest to attend the 150th anniversary celebrations of the Romanian Court of Accounts,SIA reports.
The event brought together Romanian President Traian Basescu, Prime Minister, Mayor of the Bucharest, Romanian officials, as well as Secretary General of the International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) Josef Moser and President of the European Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (EUROSAI) Guilherme d`Oliveira Martins.
The Azerbaijani delegation presented keepsakes to the head of the Romanian Court of Accounts.
The sides also discussed future opportunities for mutual cooperation between the Azerbaijani Chamber of Accounts and the Romanian Court of Accounts.
