In Baku and Absheron peninsula
On March 4, cloudy weather will prevail; fog is forecast in some areas in the morning and evening, rain is expected towards night. South wind will blow. The temperature is expected to be +3-6˚C at night and +8-13˚C in the noon.
In the regions of Azerbaijan
On March 4, rain is expected in west regions in the noon and in some areas towards the evening, sleet and snow is predicted in mountainous regions. Fog is forecast in different places. East wind will blow. The temperature will be +3-8˚C at night, +12-17˚C in the noon, from 2degrees of frost to +3˚C in the mountainous areas, 5-10 degrees of frost in foothills areas, +7 -12˚C in the noon.
