The temperature is expected to be +2-4˚C at night and +5-7˚C in the noon.
In the regions of Azerbaijan
On February 28, the weather will be occasionally rainy, snow is predicted in mountainous and foothills regions. West wind will waft. The temperature will be +0-5˚C at night, +5-10˚C in the noon, from 3degrees of frost to 8 degrees in the mountainous areas, 8-12 degrees of frost in foothills areas, from +0 -3˚C in the noon.
