In the regions of Azerbaijan
On February 20, the weather will be mainly dry, fog is forecast in some places at night and in the morning. West wind will blow and intensify in some places. The temperature will be 0 - 5˚C at night, +10-15˚C in the noon, from 0 degrees of frost to 5degrees in the mountainous areas, 10-15 degrees of frost in foothills areas, +5-10˚C in the noon.
