In the regions of Azerbaijan
On February 12, the weather will be mainly rainless, drizzle is expected in east regions. Fog is forecast in some places at night and in the morning. East wind will waft. The temperature will be from 1degrees of frost to 4degrees at night, +9-14˚C in the daytime, 2-7 degrees of frost in the mountainous areas, 8-13 degrees of frost in foothills areas, + 4-9 ˚C in the daytime.
