Head of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, Kemal Yurtnaç met with the chairman of the Council on State Support to NGOs under the President of Azerbaijan Azay Guliyev, SIA reports citing AzerTAc.
The sides said that a memorandum of understanding would be signed in June between the Council and Turkish NGOs.
Azerbaijani delegation will also participate in the NGO Forum of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation to be held in Ankara from April 29 to May 2.
Azay Guliyev stressed the importance of launching in the frame of Forum an international campaign "Freedom to Shusha", the cradle of music, the pearl culture of Azerbaijan, as well as condemning Armenian vandalism against Azerbaijan.
Kemal Yurtnac said Turkey constantly supported Azerbaijan.
The meeting also saw an exchange of views on ways of further strengthening cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Ismail Alper Coskun was also present at the event.
