The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told SIA that today the weather is forecasted to be variable nebulous, sometimes to be rainy. Mild north- western wind will waft and sometimes intensify in Baku and Absheron peninsula.
The temperature will be +6-11˚C at night, +12-17 ˚C in the afternoon.
As to the regions of Azerbaijan the weather is expected to be rainy sometimes, and gradually stop beginning from western regions. West wind will blow.
The temperature will be +5-10˚C at night, +15-20 ˚C in the afternoon, from 1 degrees of frost to 1˚C in mountains at night, +4-9 degrees of frost in mountainous areas at night, +3-8 ˚C in the afternoon.
Up to April 24, in most regions of the country is expected to be normal low temperature regime and rainy weather conditions to weaken vegetation in agricultural crops. Such weather conditions, lack of heat in the soil, delay a seed and corn sufficient sowing in low-lying regions. Intense precipitation in some places at night the temperature can drop in the foothills of the negative thresholds, challenging environment for the flourishing of fruit trees. However, the precipitations improve hydration conditions of the soil and can positively influence on the growing of grass during winter cereal crops and in lawns and winter pastures.
