4th International Chess Tournament was held in Kahramanmaraş city of Turkey. According to Siasport Azerbaijan grand master Azer Mirzayev became winner of the tournament among 600 sportsmen from eight countries. Azerbaijani other chess-player Ayaz Mammadov finished the championship in the seventh place.
No note, the total prize fund of the tournament was 1300 TL.
