The temperature will be +3-6˚C at night, +7-12 ˚C in the afternoon in Baku and Absheron Peninsula.
As to the regions of Azerbaijan the condition of weather is expected to be rainless, foggy in several places, and in the evening there will be a drizzly. Eastern wind will waft.
The temperature will be +0-5˚C at night, +8-13 ˚C in the afternoon, 3-8˚C in the mountainous, 10-15 ˚C of frost in the highlands, +0-5 ˚C in the noon.
The National Hydrometeorological Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told SIA that next two days, on February 22-23, weak and gentle fluctuation of meteorological determinants is comparatively suitable for meteosensitive people but evening of February 23 to February 25 will be cloudy, humid and windy weather can cause a feeling of discomfort that some sensitive people.
