On February 14, the weather is going to be changeable cloudy, mostly rainless during the afternoon. Foggy weather will be in some places in the evening and in the morning. Soft north wind will relent be replaced with south-east in the afternoon.
The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told SIA that, the temperature will be +3-5˚C at night, +8-11˚C in the afternoon in Baku and Absheron peninsula.
As to the regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is predicted to be mostly rainless. Foggy weather will be in some places in the morning and night, and eastern regions are expected to have a drizzle rain.

The temperature will be 0-5˚C at night, +7-12˚C in the afternoon, 2-7˚C in the mountains, 10-15˚C of frost in the highlands, +2-7˚C in the afternoon.
