An occasional strengthening of the gentle south-western wind will be observed in the afternoon in Baku and Absheron peninsula on January 19, SIA reports quoting the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
The temperature will be +2-4˚C at night, +7-12˚C in the afternoon.

On January 19, some places are predicted to face the fog while the weather to be dominantly dry. Western wind will blow along with intensification in some regions.
The temperature will be from -2˚C to +3˚C at night while up to -4˚C in different places, +7-12˚C in the afternoon, while -4-9˚C in the mountains at night, -15-20˚C in the highlands, and +2-7˚C and about +9˚C in some areas in the afternoon.
