In Baku and Absheron peninsula
On January 16, condition of weather is going to be mutable cloudy and dry in the main. Soft south-western wind will occasionally become stronger in various parts of the peninsula.
The temperature will +1-3˚C at night, +6-11˚C in the afternoon.
In the regions of Azerbaijan
On January 16, dominantly rainless weather is expected, while some regions are going to have misty night and morning. There will be a waft of south-western wind alongside an intensification in several places.
The temperature will be from 3 degrees of frost to +2˚C at night, +7-12˚C in the afternoon, while 10-15 degrees of frost in the mountains at night, 15-20 in the highlands, and +1-6˚C in the afternoon.
