Through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross, the Armenian side has returned a captive Azerbaijani held in Yerevan.
According to the ICRC Baku office, the Azerbaijani captive was transferred on the international border, namely, on the road, located between Yerevan and Gazakh.
Prior to the transfer to Azerbaijan, the interned citizen voiced his consent to return home.
As reported earlier, the transfer of Azerbaijani citizen Telman Aliyev, the resident of the Alpout village of Gazakh took place on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in the Tavush province at the Kayanavan area.
